Another new addition to the AVL product line, the THT-100CSTG provides a different type to aesthetic appeal to high security access control applications. The THT-100CSTG is fabricated form anodized aluminum with 3 large, clear polycarbonate panels per rotor section in lieu of many individual arms. The shield assembly uses clear panels to enhance aesthetic appeal. Full stainless steel, circular ceiling canopy provides the clean, finished look of a revolving door. The heavy duty, low voltage, 24 VDC electromechanical operating mechanism is self centering and cushioned by a hydraulic, adjustable shock absorber. Standard configuration is 3 rotor sections, 120 degrees apart, but can also be 4 rotor sections, 90 degrees apart. A normally open, momentary dry contact is required to release the turnstile.
